<li>Content Development: Lead in the development and implementation of new educational programmes. Design, create, and update educational content including, but not limited to study days, webinars, and whole team training.</li>
<li>Program Management: Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of educational events, workshops, and study days both in-person and virtually.</li>
<li>Collaboration: Work closely with Regional Leads, internal teams, subject matter experts, and external partners to identify educational needs and develop relevant content to meet practitioners needs.</li>
<li>Content Curation: Research, evaluate, and curate educational resources including posters, toolkits, information leaflets and video, to enhance the quality and relevance of the educational offering to members and non-members.</li>
<li>Volunteer Management: Lead on the recruitment, retention, and development of Regional Leads (volunteer network) to facilitate content and delivery of regional events.</li>
<li>Quality Assurance: Ensure the delivery of high-quality educational content that complies with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices.</li>
<li>Evaluation and Improvement: Assess the effectiveness of educational initiatives through feedback mechanisms, surveys, and metrics, and utilise insights to improve future programs.</li>
<li>Delivery: Present educational sessions to AfPP audiences and at external events.</li>
<li>Maintenance: Ensure the content and delivery of the AfPP Theatre Access Courses are up to date.</li>
