OPHTHALMIC CLINICAL TEAM LEADER
This role, which is a Band 8a equivalent, includes supporting the Hospital Manager in the day to day running and management of the hospital. An organised, self motivated and energetic RGN who will thrive working within an organization that has cutting edge research and medical expertise is needed. They have state-of-the-art surgical equipment for procedures in laser vision correction, cataract removal, refractive lens exchange as well as cosmetic cases. You will have current theatre experience, ideally with ophthalmic scrub skills as well as a demonstrable management track record in a senior role. You will be equally as comfortable in a clinical environment as you are in an operational role. Experience of clinical governance, auditing, report writing as well as being able to lead, direct and motivate the clinical team is required
