Harriet Ellis is currently seeking a Deputy Theatre Manager to join this 2 theatre operating department in Kent.

Your role will be to assist the Theatre Manager with the daily running of a department which carries out minor and major orthopaedic surgery, general surgery and laparoscopic procedures to name but a few.

The ideal candidate must have a good clinical scrub background working within a variety of disciplines, have some experience of anaesthetics and recovery, have previous team leading experience and ideally have some experience of change management too.

This is an exciting opportunity to join what is a very busy and growing team and will offer variety to the successful individual.
