Recovery Nurse - Spire Leicester Hospital
Equivalent to Band 5/6 dependent on experience

Spire Leicester Hospital are expanding the scope of services we offer our patients and are looking for experienced Recovery Practitioners/Nurses to join our established team. Working as part of this large and well established supportive team you can expect to assist patients undergoing a variety of elective procedures including ENT, max fax, dental, plastics, pain management, orthopaedic, gynaecology and urology.
Applications from newly qualifieds or nurses with an interest in Recovery will be considered.

Duties and responsibilities
Working as part of this large and well established supportive team you can expect to assist patients undergoing a variety of elective procedures including ENT, max fax, dental, plastics, pain management, orthopaedic, gynaecology and urology.
• Caring for patients after recovering from sedation and general
• Review patient charts and confirm data
• Optional on call participation
Newly qualified may be considered.
Who we're looking for
An interest in development and progression is encouraged and reinforced within our team offering excellent career development opportunities
• Registered Nurse/Operating Department Practitioner
• Newly Qualified ODP will be considered
• Experience of working in teams and with minimum supervision
• Recovery experience would be an advantage, however we are open to training someone who has a strong interest
• HCPC or NMC registration
