Are you a dedicated and skilled Operating Theatre Specialist with recent NHS experience? If so, we have a fantastic opportunity for you to join our expert insourcing teams working the waiting list.

Working on a flexible rota, you will be responsible for prepping and monitoring patients undergoing surgical procedures across a range of specialties including Paediatrics, Cardiothoracic and Gynaecology. With access to state-of-the-art medical equipment, you will have the chance to ensure the highest standards of care and make a real difference, helping NHS trusts to reduce waiting times.

Our pay rates incorporate incentives, which means you will be paid a fixed daily rate, plus generous overtime when the entire team decides to work a few more hours to get more procedures done. With overtime bonuses (common) your earnings should be well above average and will continue to increase as you, and the team you're working with, get better at it and find more working efficiencies.
