We are currently recruiting for an experienced and committed Operating Theatre Manager to join as Clinical Services Manager overseeing the Operating Theatre department.

We want our patients to continue to have a safe, effective and caring experience therefore the successful candidate will put patient care at the heart of everything they do. As a Clinical Services Manager - Theatre with BMI Healthcare you will plan clinical services for the Operating Department and lead your team to deliver the highest levels of safe peri-operative patient care throughout every stage of their surgery.

With a strong background working in an acute hospital setting you will already be a Senior Registered Practitioner/ODP with previous experience in a relevant Operating Theatre or Deputy Operating Theatre Manager role. You will have experience managing and developing both clinical and non-clinical operating theatre team members and be able to motivate your staff to achieve CQC standards. You will also be able to demonstrate continual clinical and professional development throughout your operating theatre career.

Successful candidate must have 5 years minimum experience in an equivalent role.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our fast paced, dynamic Theatre Team. They must be able to think on their feet and interact well with staff. This is a demanding role managing 8 Operating Theatres which are in constant use as well as our Endoscopy and Minor Procedure Units.

This is a full time post and there is a flexible shift pattern in place.
