Duties and responsibilities
The Hospital covers a wide variety of surgical procedures; you will assist in Consultant led surgeries that vary in complexity and specialism. You will also be required to provide exemplary planned care for patients requiring perioperative intervention whilst also managing a team.

The post holder will also be required to ensure the team delivers effective patient care by providing appropriate clinical and managerial leadership, maximising effective operating theatre utilisation.

Who we're looking for
Ideally you will hold a Registered Nurse or ODP qualification. You will have experience of analysing staff and theatre management problems and creating viable solutions. You will be working as a perioperative practitioner in and across multi-disciplinary teams. You will be competent across a range of either surgical, anaesthetic or post-anaesthesia, management and leadership skills supported by professional and clinical knowledge.
